September 30, 2025Sep 30 Head of Disney Games Group Jay Ong will present one of the keynotes at this year's Infinity Festival, as part of its Gaming and Sports and Technology series. The event takes place on October 9–10 at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and newly opened Sony Pictures Imageworks Mid-Wilshire campus. "As Infinity Festival continues to grow, we’re proud to expand our programming to reflect the innovation we’re seeing across gaming, sports, and technology,” said founder and CEO Mark Lieber and CCO Adam Newman. "Our mission has always been to celebrate the creators and technologists driving the future of storytelling, and this year’s lineup showcases just how powerful that intersection can be." Some of the people behind Netflix's summer smash K-pop Demon Hunters, Michelle Wong, Producer, Jacky Priddle, VFX Producer, and Josh Beveridge, Head of Character Animation at Sony Pictures Imageworks are headlining the event. Other speakers include Jed Harmsen, VP and GM of Cinema & Group Entertainment, Dolby Laboratories, as well as top executives at Nvidia, HP, AMD, the Belgium Economic Mission, Dolby, AWS and the AI Studio Lab in association with ETC at USC. The festival's Sports Technology programming is presented by Vyvx Broadcast Solutions by Lumen. Expanded Gaming Programming Track information will be available next week.
